At The Whistling Kettle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium tea and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible non-perishable items and store credit for unopened tea products.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that teaware is well-padded to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
